About C3 Card

Incorporated in March 2007, C3 Card is a payroll service provider company that started operations in June 2008; and is servicing banked and unbanked employees. C3 Card provides payroll services directly to companies or through financial institutions. It has partnered with Commercial Bank International and servicing HSBC and Mashreq Bank with a secure, simple and economical solution for all their payroll needs.

Future plans include the building of similar capability in KSA and other GCC countries.

C3 Card is endorsed by the Ministry of Labour in the UAE and its services are in full compliance with Wages Protection System (WPS). It is the first Authorised Agent to go live on the WPS system.
